Tradeweld Nickel Cast 60 Cast iron 55% 1kg (110-140amps 4.0MM)

A basic, graphite coated nickel/iron electrode for high strength repair & maintenance welding of spherical graphite (S.G) iron, austenitic cast iron, meehanite & a wide range cast iron. It produces a soft stable arc with minimal penetration & splatter & is very tolerant to parent metal condiments such as oil and dirt. The ductile nickel/ iron weld depositisz readily machinable and has the higher strength required for welding S.G irons. Where higher joint strength is important, Tradecast 60ENiFe-CI may be used for root and fill passes followed by capping passes with Tradecast 100for smoother surface finish.
